I looked at the history of the errors were resolved in svn commit:

It is therefore a code that is already included in the TDE. For this reason,
the error seems to be interesting bug:

I'll incorporate this commit right now... and also backport it into
v3.5.13-sru branch.
Sorry I am a bit confused. is this included in R14, or not? Has this
been tested?
