I've had problems with cutting and pasting within the same window
on one of my machines causing Konqueror to crash out.
I never filed a bug on it because I assumed it was due to its copy
of TDE having been built from an older git pull rather
than a proper release.
Do you get crashes or unexpected window deaths if you have
two Konqueror windows open, and drag files from one to the other?
