So I decided to try out Devuan Beowulf this weekend and got it installed no issues did run into a few minor issues but I was able to work through them. So I added the following to my sources list: deb http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity-sb beowulf deps-r14 main-r14 Which I believe is correct if not let me know as I know there is no stable and I have had good luck with the preliminary stable branch. I do an apt-get update and I get the following: Conflicting distribution: http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity-sb beowulf InRelease (expected beowulf but got buster) Not sure why I am getting it. It looks like I could still do the install as a search shows all the packages but I am not sure if I should or not. I am in XFCE right now but would prefer Trinity.

you can either safely ignore the message or use buster (IMO "beowulf" is a symlink to "buster" in the repos):
deb http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity-sb buster deps-r14 main-r14

Excellent thank you. I honestly thought with the whole systemd thing they would need a specially tweaked version. Good to know. Thanks again.
FYI just a followup. Been using it for a couple of days and I have not noticed anything that I would contribute to being a Beowulf specif issue. It is running great. Thanks everyone.
