well, I have the trinity session working fine, but now konqueror doesn't work for my gnome session or my wifes regular KDE session ( she never logged out after I installed trinity).
when i ran konqueror from the terminal I got this error:
QComboBox::pixmap: (history combo) Index 0 out of range
MC works as does nautilus, but konqueror is now crashing.. for me in gnome..
Can you install the debugging package (kdebase-trinity-dbg), grab a backtrace of the crash, and send it to me? That would greatly help in pinpointing what is going wrong.

too late. I killed dcop-server (deleted the .dcop-server* file under the user, and it started to work again..

Great! There were some changes to the DCOP system from KDE3.5 to Trinity, so the fix makes sense.
Hopefully other users will find your message if they run into the same problem.
