Is there any way to require a modifier key in addition to mouse action to move and resize windows?
Hi!
I looked all over settings but dont see anything. What i want is that windows cant be grabbed by mouse to resize or move unless modifier key is pressed.

Control Center has Regional & Accessibility => Keyboard Shortcuts; perhaps TDE needs also Regional & Accessibility => Mouse with Keyboard Shortcuts?

I know i can set a keyboard shortuct for that actions, the problem is it doesnt disable "grab border/title by mouse"
