Here is a LiveCD with Ubuntu 16.04.1, however with TDE R14.0.4.

I have already prepared ISO with TDE R14.0.5 on Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic) from October 1st. The problem is that placement on the official mirror system can only be done by Tim, who is offline from early October...

you may remember how I recently tried to contact Tim. While Tim is now available, tasks that only Tim can handle are still pending. That is why we have now chosen a different location for these ISO files:
