In the task bar you can move tasks’ positions forwards and back (Only if they are single items.). Is there anyway to set a permanent location for them?

I’d like KMail to always be in position 1, and Konsole in position 2, Kwrite in 3, ...

Currently if KMail gets closed and re-started then I have to [close all additional open messages and] move it back to the beginning of the task bar [and then re-open all the messages I just closed].

Just a irreverent wish...
