When using tree or list view, is there a Konqueror setting for the file date stamp format or is the date stamp hard-coded to using the TDE short date format?

When list or tree view is used in Konqueror, one of the columns is the file date stamp. The column name is "Modified."
Date and time formats are configured in TCC-->Regional & Accessibility-->Conuntry/Region & Language-->Time & Dates.
The Konqueror tree/list view Modified date format seems hard-coded to the TCC Short date format.
