Hi,
can I say in the Control Center that Gnome-based programs should use the KDE
fonts? If yes, where?

There's a package that should let your GTK programs use your Qt
themes. I don't remember the exact name because I've never needed it
(I usually don't use GTK applications), but I think it was something
like qt-gtk-engine or something similar. It will add an option to the
KDE Control Center under "Appearance & Themes" that will let you apply
your Qt themes to GTK. It won't be 100% perfect because Qt and GTK are
very different, but from what I've heard it comes very close.
