Want to see if installimg exegnu64 is a "shortcut" to my typical install method.
The sources.list for Devuan is correct, the Trinty sources.list is different than the one listed in the install directions, Trinity website.
Can I edit the Trinity sources after install and have a robust sytem?

Hi Grem,
if I remember correctly, ExeGnuLinux does not use a stable release repository, but the Preliminary Stable Builds (PSB) or Preliminary Testing Builds (PTB) repository.
Cheers

There are different ways to address different servers which host a trinity repository. Important is the version of trinity, it shoud match the underlying OS.
Kind regards, Stefan

1.) This does not seem to be a valid URL ^^
2.) Both of these two repositories host versions of TDE for Debian buster and should also run on operating systems based on this release like Devuan beowulf and the like…
What is the difference?
3.) However, trinity-testing (preliminary _testing_ builds) is more experimental than PSB (preliminary _stable_ builds) which already is more developed than TDE R14.0.x which is the official stable version. All of these should run on Debian buster based or derived systems, IIUC.
HTH
Kind regards, Stefan

I assume that there was a typo when transcribing to email - if there is ".org" next to the domain name, then it corresponds to the original location of the PTB repository - see automatic redirection to the new layout if the original address is used:
http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity-testing

Stefan described it well. Preliminary Testing Builds are based on the master branch - at this time the future R14.1.0. It's basically the successor to the former Nightly Builds.

Thanks all, I got it now. Devuan TDE support is PSB vs PTB, I don't want to use PTB, so ExeGNU64 (PTB) is a no go.
