Ah. And I see that packages are not available for Debian 8.x just yet. I saw something in here (I plowed through about 300 unread messages today) about it being out "Real Soon Now"...
I guess I'll just look forward to it at this point in time.

Apt source configuration is for Debian Jessie, not for Debian 8.x. 8.1 is Jessie. I'm running TDE on Jessie, installed after 8.1 "release" announcement.

So are you saying that "Preliminary Stable Builds" is what I need now, then?

It's how I got where I am, one line added to sources.list: deb http://mirror.xcer.cz/trinity-sb jessie deps-r14 main-r14
Plus a key fetch (as root): apt-key adv --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-key A04BE668

I recommend staying with Slávek ("Preliminary Stable Builds"), even when Jessie builds are available elsewhere. You get the bug fixes faster.
Note that all the Debian versions are given name and x.0. Wheezy is now on 7.8, but it says 7.0. It had never occurred to me to worry about that!!

Hello,
Thanks for your answers and helps.
I made a mistake, my system on my Desktop PC was Debian-Wheezy, with kde-trinity 3.5 and thought was on Jessie...
I tried to upgrade to tde-Trinity 14, Debian-Jessie version, and my trinity was completely broken.
I succeeded to repair on returning to kde-trinity 3.5, and now all seems working fine.
I will upgrade to Jessie and tde 14 later.
Nice week-end to all !
André
