Hello,
i want to help to translate TDE into german.
Where can i do this?
Sorry when i'm doing something wrong in the mailing list, i'm new here :)
Cheers, Xorg
I second that, except I want to help with Polish translation. I recall Slavek was planning to get this moving but that was long time ago and it seems nothing had happened since then.

Sorry for the late response. I know I promised that I will deal with translations. I have not forgotten it.
However, I now have as the most important task along with whole team push R14.0.0 to be able to go out the door as soon as possible. I suppose that after the release R14.0.0 we will first solve burning bugs => R14.0.1. And then I'd like to focus on updating PO files to allow translate a new version => R14.0.2.

R14 is looking really good. It runs on Debian Sid now. Of the selected packages used here, all are installable.
Today's upgrade from 3.5.13-sru in Wheezy (from "nightly builds" repo) went almost flawlessly. Not tested much yet though.
300MB of KDE4/QT4 stuff and more, including VLC, was pulled in by "recommends" (not worked out why yet) and there were a lot of TDE "transitional" packages. However there was no problem to find and purge them all.
Congrats in advance, TDE team, it's good enough for me already.
