for the black belt on kmixer: ram, graphic card driver, hdd problem. My last desktop showed a simillar thing after upgrading from jessy to chimera. I replaced it just 2 months ago when things started getting really odd (random freezes, icons with slight pixel problems, ... memtest did not help).
