On my test computer, a Asus EEE X101CH with Ubuntu 13.10 and TDE R14 nightly builds, I sometimes get the following problem, and after that, I can't update it:

Is there something I can do to repair this problem? For the 2 or 3 times it has happened, I just re-installed Ubuntu and TDE completely.
