Hello everyone! First of all, I want to thank everyone here who use my PCLinuxOS 20112 non-official TDE remaster.
Due to some important changes in the structures of the repositories used by PCLinuxOS, you should check the following link to know what you should do to keep Synaptic (and apt-get) working as it should: http://www.pclinuxos.com/forum/index.php/topic,87378.msg722604.html#msg72260... This news announcement is also on the main page of the projet: http://www.pclinuxos.org
I will also try to do a fully-updated ISO of my remaster in the next weeks. This ISO will replace the present one and will have the changes integrated to the repos already installed. I know that TDE 3.5.13.2 is coming, but it will probably still be based on 3.5.13.1, until the new packages are released and packaged for PCLOS.
Thank you everyone here for your hard work on making this project possible! -Alexandre

Hi I tried your iso on 32bit hardware, and all was OK
I also tried your iso on a 64bit hardware. All was OK , except , when you are finished installing, the system starts shutting down, but got stuck just before the dvd had to be ejected. A manual reset ( hardware button ) fixed that.
I tried 2 times on 64bit hardware
Great job ! I never thought I would see this day.

Thank you very much! Hearing this means that it worth doing it! Did you tried the previous version of my iso (the Nov 15, 2012) or the current one(Jan 15, 2013)? There is no huge differences between the 2, except different icon theme, updates and the new repos already configured.
Yes, I have seen often the problem you are talking about. It comes from upstream PCLOS and I have no clue of what to do with it... This bug is present in PCLOS (only when running as a livecd) since 2010 and it seems like they did nothing for it. Strange...
Thank you! -Alexandre
C&P This bug is present in PCLOS (only when running as a livecd) since 2010 and it seems like they did nothing for it. Strange
No, I am not having that bug in standard pclinuxos. I install average one a week
But don't worry. With next release, just leave a note for those who download and install. Shouldn't be a problem for any one . I installed first your full.iso Was fine on 32 and 64 hardware Yesterday, installed the 4-part-zip one, both 32bit and 64bit hardware. Wow, what an improvement. Much better, much nicer.
As for hosting your ISO. What about this one:
https://mega.co.nz/ You get 50G for free
OK, see you later
