All,
It's that time of year again! As we look toward the release of Debian Stretch and another version of TDE, I'd like to ask for your continued support to help keep TDE online.
This year I'm going to try something new. If you donate $40 to TDE [1], I will allow 2 months access to the nightly build repositories that now include Debian Stretch and Raspbian Jessie. Additionally, I'd like those who donate at this level to nominate two bugs that I will personally look into (excepting those relating to support for Wayland, Qt4/Qt5, or Webkit). This way your donations have a direct and positive effect on TDE itself, and TDE can continue to exist in its current form.
Personally I would suggest the LibreOffice integration bug or possibly an update of the GTK3 theme engine to fix the rendering bugs as potential candidates, but in the end it's up to you! A full listing of open bugs is available here:
http://bugs.trinitydesktop.org/buglist.cgi?bug_status=__open__&content=&...
As always, thank you for your support and continued feedback -- we couldn't develop TDE without it!
Tim

I just realized that this did not convey what I was thinking. :) What I was intending was that from all the nominations of those donating at this level, two bugs that were most requested would be selected, not that each person gets to have two bugs fixed.
Sorry for the confusion!

Humm, it seems like after all this time, and probably 40 online purchases made thru paypal's one-click, or amazon's one-click, it ought to work, but I am sitting here looking at the blue circle, turning MOST of the time. Twice now, this time for several minutes. I canceled that by closing the tab, then cleared all the the latest dated pp pw, still no connect. And that appears to have blocked the donate with a card option. The button changes color, but nothing happens even after a minute or 2.

That is odd. I don't see a donation having been processed, so something is definitely wrong. As an alternate you can simply send the donation to my Email address (which is essentially what the website Donate button does), but I will definitely needs to figure out what is wrong with the button on the site.
Sorry for the issues!

Works here, firefox, Chrome, maybe a security setting?

I think I may have it figured out, your donate address doesn't survive the paypal login, so I'll see if I can see it long enough to write it down so that I can fill it back in on the send money page thats about 3 layers after the link above.

thats not going to work either, after I fill in the email addy at pearsoncomputing.net I'm not sure, but the message is covered by a white card saying I should contact customer service, which of course is Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm San Jose time. All in about 200 milliseconds. My debit card is linked, and has a 5 digit balance, so I don't have a clue what their problem might be.
Your should get two copies of this Timothy, as I'm also sending to your email addy too. If you only get the list copy, then I wrote it down wrong.
