Hi
1. I am using a X1 thinkpad (4th gen) running Ubuntu 16.04 and I got hibernate to work, trinity recognize it, in the sense that when I configure TDEPowersave the option appears
2. Yesterday I installed in a X1 thinkpad (8th generation) Ubuntu 20.04 and trinity. I also got hibernate to work, but trinity *does no* recognize it in the sense it does not appear as an option in TDEPowersave.
What is wrong here, any help or pointers a greatly appreciated.
Regards
Uwe Brauer

I forgot what it was but I have definitely seen it now and then on debian here. But in your case it could be you are not in some group (after fresh install).
