Can you give a short description on how to do that? I use Manjaro and
usually I just use the repos and Octopi. I didn't find a tutorial on how
to install with the help of a pkgbuild file, and after checking there I
find numerous such fildes for different packages - in which order should
they be installed (I know from earlier distros I had that it can become
difficult due to interdependencies)?

I marked "tde-tdebase", as a folder "tde-base" exists on my PC. Do I
have to make any alterations in the file that is provided on the page
for installation?

I think I had that tried once but it corrupted the system very badly, so
I removed it.
then remove that packages from download PKGBUILD and
make pkg step
Currently, there is nothing installed related to TDE. I want to instal
it because of one piece of software that I have been using for a long
time and is no longer being developed, thus it works only under kde3.
Currently I have a TDE installation in a virtual machine, but I don't
like that setup. I'd prefer it on the running system.
