When I try to customize Konsole's 'Edit Bookmarks' dialog's Toolbar by right-clicking the bar and dragging in additional tools, my changes are ignored. When I use Settings => Configure Toolbars..., that works; but I almost never use the Settings menu for that, because not all applications have the option there.
