Bad news that mirror is down, but great news that TDE is packages for
Arch. Where are the packages built? I've checked and they are not in AUR
where I would anticipate finding them? Who is maintaining the PKGBUILD
files and packages?
The problem was because VPS has been very burdened in the last few days - a
high memory and disk consumption. This caused that many access times were
long or the requests failed (OOM killer did his job). Yesterday, I managed
to improve the status with several modifications in the configuration, so
the services now look stable and available.
Pkgbuilds for Arch packages have been maintained for some time in the
official TDE/tde-packaging repository. And binary packages for Arch are
available at the official Trinity mirrors.

https://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/archlinux/
Thanks to the fact that I gained sufficient knowledge of maintenance of
Arch packages and repository of binary packages for Arch, it is me who now
maintains pkgbuilds. Likewise, it is me who build binary packages and
maintains official repository of the Trinity packages for ArchLinux. You
may notice that we provide binary packages not only for x86_64, but also
for aarch64, armv7h and powerpc64le. In any case, pkgbuilds are not yet
prepared for all packages under the TDE umbrella.
