Has anybody of you ever heard of "TrinityDog" ? Looks a bit dated, but somehow it's funny :)

That screenshot looks almost exactly like the notebook I just built for the SO with MX19 and TDE. Even down to the background image! Wherefore you call it outdated?
If I’d have found that before MX18, I would have tried it. Well, no, it’s most likely systemd, so I guess not.
I wish I knew enough about {packaging?} to create an install .iso built of MX and TDE. Then again, maybe not, MX “does not support TDE” so the best parts (MX Package Installer) you have to switch to Xfce for some packages (virtualbox) to run/install correctly.
Cool find, Michael

Some of us doth like the retro look and feel; maybe because it feels like home, better times we remember, when things made more sense.
We were totally deluded, of course, but it gave us comfort to contemplate old things, or things that look old. And it still doth give us comfort.

It looks interesting - I've never heard of it. Stretch is oldstable, but still supported within LTS. This could probably be added to the TDE LiveCD wiki page.
Cheers

I always liked the concept of Puppy Linux. Less is more, but back when I tried it, about 2005, the bar seemed higher for beginners in Linux.
It seems like, if there is a Trinity Dog, and a Buster Dog, then it would follow that a Trinity Buster Dog (and beyond) would be in order. Maybe if we add them to our list, they will be encouraged to continue development with a TDE desktop beyond Jessie.

This looks interesting. The fact that it's 32bit might help some old laptops I have.
Thanks Nik

I have dug a bit deeper into this thingy. Looks like ther's also a DevuanDog around https://github.com/DebianDog/DevuanDog/blob/master/README.md - will need to take a close look :)
Thanks Nik
