hello This is the first time this happens to me. I followed, as always the instruction found in https://wiki.trinitydesktop.org/UbuntuInstall Everything seemed ok, but when I logged in for the first time with TDE I received Cannot start kdeinit check your installation. I run again sudo apt-get install kubuntu-default-settings-trinity kubuntu-desktop-trinity but it told me everything fine. So I will purge the installation and repeat it, but I would like to understand the reason for this mysterious behavior. regards Uwe Brauer
