When trying to go to the installation instructions I am getting a white webpage with text that says:

That works for me here in Tacoma WA in both Firefox and Chromium.
It works in w3m (text mode) from servers in Fremont CA, Phoenix AZ, Austin TX, and San Jose CA.
Hopefully it was a one time glitch for you. If you still cannot access that URL the problem may be nearer your end.

Thank you Chris for reporting the problem. There was indeed a problem with the database for our Wiki pages, which I solved by running the database and optimizing one table. Because at that time I was only a short while at the computer, I didn't write information to ML. Therefore, Mike has seen everything properly functional again and could not know that there was really a problem.
