I want to connect my external mouse to tde but have no clue as how to do it and it does
not detect it for some reason. Any inputs will be appreciated.

Hi Shriya,
Does your mouse appear in the output of "lshw -class input" and
if so what is shown?
Does your mouse work outside of TDE, e.g. in single user mode?
(Optional) Do you know whether your mouse works with other desktops?
Do you have other input devices (e.g. touchpad) and are they working?
Which distro and version and architecture(s) are you using?
Which version of TDE are you using?
Is this a laptop, desktop, other? Is it a specific model?
