Slax with Trinity has been updated to conform to Slax and Debian to 9.9. TDE version is still final R14.0.6. You can download at the usual location - see wiki page:

Ok, just tested it. dd'd the iso to a usb stick, then booted a good old x61. I came around this problems:
- when TDE starts, I get a message qithout window decoration (X11, twin seamingly not running) that says:
" There was an error setting up inter-process communications for TDE. The message returned by the system was: Authentication Rejected. reason: None of the authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based authentication failed Please check that "dcopserver" program is running!
[ OK ] "
After pressing OK, TDE starts and works as expected. Interestingly this only happend on coldboot, I was not able to replicate the error later.
Anyway, the iso works quite nicely :-)
