The differences in package naming across distros in combination with the weakness of my memory has been making it a bit of a pain to create a new minimal installation, thus these alterations:
To https://wiki.trinitydesktop.org/Debian_Trinity_Repository_Installation_Instr... I added: The R14.0.3 tde-trinity package is a comprehensive meta-package. To install minimalist, substitute tdebase-trinity for tde-trinity, and append tdm-trinity if you wish to use TDM as your display manager.

Unless something has changed, tdebase-trinity will instal TDM display manager... if there is no other DM installed and base is Jessie? I was surprised with my last install of tdebase-trinity (on Jessie) when I got TDM on reboot. When I installed tdebase-trinity on my cubieboard (Wheezy) I did not.
