Hi Slávek et al
Today a libreoffice was deployed for jessie and it crashes allway with a sigsegv in R14 (nothing else testable here).
I purged all libreoffice files and reinstalled it completly new but it crashes too.
Do you or some one else has an idea why and a solution?
Fine regards Rolf

Installed here only yesterday. First impression was it's elegant appearance. Later was found to freeze upon saving a document.
I'm sure it is yet early days and this can be sorted. Although I do not know C progamming well I would like to help at least by testing.

Just a shot in the dark - it might be relevant for your problem as well. In the following I quote from an old mail of mine:

Problems with crashes GTK programs I have seen only if I had installed kgtk-qt3-trinity (and related), which replacing dialog boxes. But with gtk-qt-engine-trinity, which only changes the appearance of gui widgets, it does not fall.
Note: These problems apparently not related to the update 3.5.13.1.

This is a great piece of information. For month I was not able to use
* lazarus-ide * dropbox * calibre
as a normal user. The only work-arround was using 'sudo NAMEOFAPPLICATION'.
You saved my live! I've googled a lot to know what could be the culprit without success. Uninstalling kgtk-qt3-trinity brought all back to normal. What a big step forward!
kgtk-qt3-trinity should not be installed by default. Or there should be a big warning on the www.trinitydesktop.org page!
I don't know if the problem is still relevant for version R14.0.0 though.
