Best workaround for 3.5.13.x would be to install
nm-applet. As
Slavek mentioned, native NetworkManager 0.9+ support has been
written and is currently in testing for R14.0.0.
The problem is, I have NO network connection, wired or wireless, so
can't install anything. I need to get a network connection first.
