I am trying to download TDE for both Debian and Ubuntu and I keep
getting an error that the files arent found. Is it down again?

The best thing to do is just wait a few minutes. Since the ppa link provided for Debian
and Ubuntu redirects to the mirrors round-robin style, it should eventually take you to a
working mirror.

It's usually the up arrow then enter. And yes, that is what I'm suggesting.
The bad mirror was probably setup wrong. If you can post which one (if you still have it),
that would help. I'll see if I can find my original thread tomorrow (it's very
late here so well past my bedtime :-) ).
