I managed to follow the wiki directions for Debian 7.1.0 without any glitches, however there are no /etc/apt/sources.list entries for Jessie.

R14.0.0 will support Jessie, barring any major faults. Rebuild for R14.0 RC1 is underway.

great news.. but what about sid? I am still stuck with only XFCE since June because TDE (including R14) depends on binutils < 2.23

Surely newer binutils will soon arrive in Jessie, then TDE will no longer install (or be removed on dist-upgrade)
