There is a problem with the tde unofficial but "reliable" updating adress for Debian Buster.
Even within the TDE web page, the link neither appears nor works even if inidicated in blue when passing the mouse over or clicking on it.

What do you mean? There doesnt appear to be any problems currently with preliminary stable repos. Nor with a wiki page on how to setup them.

If You make a apt-get update or upgrade (and thru the gui Synaptics, You get an error. This means there is a problem with the unofficial repository.

What error? When reporting problems it is a good idea to give detailed explanation of a problem, because "it doesnt work" is not really helpful.
