Greetings all;
I don't often fwd a message by any kmail method, but with the recent election and the demonrat hijinks that gave it to Joe, I wanted to fwd a message from the local libertarian mailing list to another friend. But SA has been putting this is spam headers on those messages and I found that kmail, when it fwd's a msg so labeled, forwards only the sa header, not the whole maryann as I intended. The msg itself is not forwarded.
Can this bug be addressed? Or do I have something in my config fubared?
Cheers, Gene Heskett

Hi Gene,
If you wish you may both redirect and forward the message you received from the list to me and I will see if I can figure what is happening.

Hi Gene,

I sent it twice, once as an inline fwd, and once as a redirect.

Hi Gene,
Looks like you sent them to the list rather than me. I don't see the redirect. Probably the list manager blocked it as spam.

Which most would justifiably categorize it as. And I apologize to the list, I read your message as to the list, not as a PM. Me a Bad dog, no biscuit... Democracies dirty laundry for sure.
And that header was inserted by my spamassassin. Unless I write a procmail recipe to bypass it, all my incoming email gets inspected by spamassassin. And I see now, that the inline copy is complete. My copy in sent-mail is not complete, which is why I was fussing. Wierd. Puzzling even.

YouI expect that spam assassin is leaving a full copy of the original email as an attachment, so when you forward it, the copy in your Sent mail likewise has the extra attachment. But when the mailing list software gets hold of it, the attachment is converted into inline text.
That's my guess.
