In Kontact, when my cursor moves over the icons in the navigation? area, email, contacts, calendar..etc, in the left pane..the focus has changed from clicking on the icon to focus app to auto changing the app..very irritating .
Also in KPDF, similar behavior in the save as dialog, the file name changes as the cursor moves over file tree to select the proper folder...losing the file name in the process.

The focus changing was to annoying. I removed all files & dir's in ~/.trinity/share/config/*, I had to reconfigure my apps, all my data was intact...annoying focus issue gone.
Not sure what foo-bared the configs..but it was a config file.

That is not the issue..though the "TIP' in the Help Center on focus does illustrate my frustration.
"Tip Setting the delay too short will cause a rapid fire changing of windows, which can be quite distracting. Most people will like a delay of 100-300 milliseconds. This is responsive, but it will let you slide over the corners of a window on your way to your destination without bringing that window to the front."
Mine is not windows but frames/panels within a window.. the icons in kontact used to be click to activate..now mouse over causes the various plugins to activate. I can't 'slide over' the icons on my way to the toolbar.
