Heh, that was me adjusting the limiter trying to get the user traffic back down into a range where the mirror system can finish synchronizing. But yes, it's a happy problem. :-)

Looks like the heavy traffic has backed off some; try it again. :-)
And yes, when you get a 509 error feel free to keep trying.
