KDE3.5.10 from Debian had a PDF preview in Konqueror. Is there such a thing in Trinity, too? If yes, how do I activate it?

It's there in my KDE (Trinity) 3.5.11. Konqueror uses kpdf for the PDF viewer. Do you have kpdf installed?

I missed the 'Preview' part of your OP. I can view pdf files in konq.

Oh, I forgot: right click on a pdf, "properties", "preview". on that tab "automatic preview" is geyed out. But when I click on an image, I see the preview of that image in that tab and the checkbox is operational.
Could it be that I'm missing some config file somewhere?
