Where has it gone? I found it incredibly useful. It seems to have disappeared in Konqueror 3.5.10 Trinity 3.5.13.2

This time not in mine :)
The right icon that used to display view options no more works, but in the "view/view mode" menu I get Text view, Image view, Photobook, File Size view, File Replace view, cvs font end.
Says it's also Konqueror 3.5.10, Trinity 3.5.12, openSuSE 12.3

I get the following: Text, Multicolumn,Tree,Info List, Detailed List, Icon, Photobook, File Replace View.
How come they are different from yours? Can some enlightened being explain how these are changed/initialised/set up?

Do you have konq-plugins-trinity installed? I think that's where the file size view comes from.

I have file size view and I haven't installed any separate plug-ins to Konqueror.

But is it installed? It may have been installed by default; it seems sometimes it is, and sometimes it isn't, depending maybe on how you got TDE.

No. The only plugins I have are Java and Shockwave Flash.

Are you sure?
$ dpkg -l | grep plugin | grep trinity
p.s. I no longer am seeing _my_ replies to the group. Has something changed in the list configuration? Jonesy

Thank you! I didn't have that installed, and installing it has got me the file size view. Possibly the best feature ever in any file browser!

I liked Konqueror back in the SuSE days, pre 3.10(?) and 4, but even then I eventually found krusader and once I found it, I haven't used any other file manager since. I've stayed with Krusader for at least 8 years now and haven't opened Konqueror or Dolphin (BLECH!!) since then. Best file manager there is, period.
