Hi,
I try to install trinity 3.5.14 on a fresh minimal wheezy system.
Because it does not work, so Installed a 3.5.13 which runs flawlessly. Then I try to make a dist-upgrade but there is an error message which says:
libkdepim1a-trinity could not be installed, because it depends on libtdepim1a-trinity.
even if I worte "aptitude install libkdepim1a-trinity libtdepim1a-trinity"
The system is an absolute minimal wheezy where suggests and requierements are forbitten by default.
Attached you find the two skripts I use. Perhaps it might help you and you can help me.
Many thanks Rolf

Hi Rolf,
Please post the result of "apt-cache policy libtdepim1a-trinity"
Thanks,

Hello Mike
libkdepim1a-trinity could not be installed, because it depends on libtdepim1a-trinity.
Hi Rolf,
Please post the result of "apt-cache policy libtdepim1a-trinity"
It is:
libtdepim1a-trinity: Installiert: (keine) Installationskandidat: (keine) Versionstabelle:
It seams, that libtdepim1a and libkdepim1a each expect, that the other is installed.
Hope that helps (you and me) Rolf
Hello
I made a new installation (the 3rd one) and now everything seems to be ok.
May be, that the other installation have been broken. Now every packet could be fetched from a local cache, and so it was faster and the installation did not timed out - what could be the problem before.
Sorry for the noise. Rolf
