But you have 2-3 such files in the directory structure. What you see is only one that was indeed created. The header file tdm_greet.h is looking for this config.ci in tdebase/tdm/kfrontend/

Here on debian it is correctly created. In your case it is not created at all.

or there is indeed a cmake problem
