yes, most applications are already built, but kvirc fails. The basic problem with kvirc is that the author decided to use the "\r" character as a special control character. But "\r" is not allowed to be part of strings to be translated, and it is practically impossible to preserve it correctly when translating, because almost every tool, except for some simple text editors, will convert the character to a newline character. The author of kvirc made a very impractical decision in this and we need to refactor the code to handle it differently, as this is unsustainable in the long term. For now, we will have to check it and manually add "\r" where necessary.
Once the application build is finished, the core modules are queued for building. Since we currently support 15 versions of Debian / Raspbian / Ubuntu distributions and each has several architectures, building takes some time. It is great to see a huge number of new translations. Just rebuilding almost all packages for both PSB and PTB at the same time can take up to 14 days.

Thanks for the explanation, Slávek. That makes the KVIrc issue much clearer to me.
I have been downloading the PO catalogs from Weblate and reviewing/editing them locally in a plain text editor, then uploading the changes back. I am also building the current Git master locally so I can test the translations and catch problems before the regular builds.
So I’ll keep an eye on KVIrc as well. Now that I know about the special handling of \r, I can check for this kind of problem during my local builds, although I understand that the conversion may already happen somewhere in the translation workflow.
Thanks also for explaining the PSB/PTB build process and the expected delay. I’ll continue with the Brazilian Portuguese review and test the changes against Git master whenever possible.
If I find translation-related build problems while testing Git master, I’ll report them.
