Looks like I accidentally introduced a glitch last week into the mirror system that showed up in the wee hours of the morning today. It should now be fixed, and the 509 error should disappear in the next 24 hours as the change propagates through the system.

Sorry about the inconvenience!

Problem still exists / reared up again with "509 Maximum Instantaneous Bandwidth Exceeded". Not all file requests gave this error. Apologies for the length of the post.
