Hi, we are sorry to announce that the release of TDE R14.1.7 has been postponed by a week and will happen on Nov 1 instead of today. Building all the packages for the various distributions is taking longer than we initially anticipated and rather than announcing a partially built release, we prefer to wait an extra week. FWIW packages are flowing to the mirrors in trinity-sb but I am no longer seeing new packages in trinity-r14.1.x.

Hi Mike,
currently, the third third of the applications are being built and their publication to r14.1.x will take place when their build is completed. That is why there are no changes in r14.1.x for the last few days. I assume that the application build will be completed today. After that, metapackages and i18n packages will follow.

yes, I observed this as well on FreeBSD and some ArchLinux architectures. For the build, I’ve addressed it for now by disabling the debug level. In the meantime, Seb already fixet it by TDE/filelight#17.

As I explained to Michele, it is already too late to backport this patch to R14.1.7, because the tag, although not yet published publicly, has already been done, the final tarball is created, and the official binary packages are already part of the repository and synchronized on the mirrors. So unfortunately R14.1.7 will remain with this regression.
