Hi Temuri,

as far as I know, you contribute translations to TDE Weblate, which is the right place. Translations made there are automatically pushed to GIT, from where they are then packaged for individual distributions. For core components, there is usually a tde-i18n-<lang> package. For other applications, translations are usually part of the application packages, with a few exceptions, where there is a separate i18n package - for example, k3b-i18n, koffice-i18n.

So, Georgian translations will be automatically included in the packages from your TDE Weblate translations. And you have to select and install the appropriate language package when installing TDE in your distribution.
