Hi Felix,
I didn't see an answer to this and it's been a while so I'll
have a go but I warn you that although I have used Slackware
and Redhat/Fedora and Debian/Ubuntu/Devuan I have never used
OpenSuse (nor Zypper) so if you'd rather wait for someone more
knowledgeable to come along that's fine.
What please is the output of the following commands?
zypper services
zypper repos
zypper refresh -f
zypper update --dry-run

I created a new schroot on my builder for OSS-TW, added repositories
according to the instructions on TDE Wiki and I can see and install
packages for R14.0.11. No errors are reported, packages are properly
installed.
# zypper repos
