don't work
Tdecmshell doesn't seem to recognize "C" though it is listed as that in the
language settings dialog -> Country or Region --> drop down menu.
$ tdecmshell --lang en_US language
$ tdecmshell language --lang en_US
Now, these two do work, but... the effect is
that only the text in the title bar
is changed to english, but not the text strings inside the window. I don't
know if that is the intended behaviour. Anyone does?
