KDE3 for Debian Lenny has some unresoved issues with multiheaded setups.
One would have to go with the sources from the last snapshot of testing(e.g.
that contined KDE3 - and that was 28 Mar 2009 ...
That's one bug. There are several new bugs in Trinity relative to Lenny,
so I think JJ may have a good idea. OTOH, Trinity has some new features
(e.g. randr) relative to Lenny KDE3.5, and Tim has done a lot of work to
avoid conflicts between Trinity and KDE SC4 packaging.
I don't know if Tim's work is such that his new features and bugfixes can
be easily cherry-picked and applied to Lenny KDE3.5.
KDE 3.5: 9/10
Trinity: 8/10
KDE 4.4: 2/10
These regressions may well be because Trinity was based on Ubuntu rather
than Debian.
