It sounds like a mirror issue. There are no 0-byte package in the
official repository, so there should not be on the mirrors.
Do you know exactly which mirror you are redirected to ?
The following URL :

Is just an automatic redirect to a Trinity mirror.
Please, can you find the mirror you are redirect to, and also the
architecture your are using (i686 or x86_64)
