There is no repository because it will be supported by the *next* version of TDE.
To install you should use the development version.

So, as far as i understand, i should add the build dependencies PPA and then install 'abakus-trinity' package for 14.04 from here: https://quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net/~trinity/+archive/trinity-nightly-bu... ?
Will this give me full Trinity Desktop environment (well, in development stage) on my Ubuntu 14.04, and if not, what i should do to get it?

You'd want to use Slavek's preliminary stable builds, rather than nightly: http://trinity-users.pearsoncomputing.net/?0::5901
Signing key is here, I think: http://trinity-users.pearsoncomputing.net/?0::6369
Then install: kubuntu-default-settings-trinity kubuntu-desktop-trinity
And that should give you the whole thing.
