Can't be good.
I get a bunch of 404s from http://ppa.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net/trinity/trinity-v3.5.13/ubuntu/
I don't know the APT tools well enough to know if having this fail will leave me in a broken state or not.

If there are 404s, apt will error out and not complete the requested package installation. While you won't get what you want, it shouldn't bork your system.

Not borking is good!
Further details after running it again. I believe this message may have been posted in a different thread. Is this something I can fix or is it something Tim needs to do/is in the process of doing?

Probably will leave broken state if packages/deps not available... looks like mirrors are being updated, although not much "official" info on that. Apt errors for Debian too. Best wait till everything is synched, maybe tomorrow? or try with Slavek's repo enabled

Yes, mirrors synchronization is in progress (whole previous week) to be ready at the time of the official announcement 3.5.13.1. European mirror, it seems, could be ready tomorrow.
