Suddenly, often, the konqueror window closes, without anomalous handling as : cut/copy, move files...

I've had problems with cutting and pasting within the same window on one of my machines causing Konqueror to crash out. I never filed a bug on it because I assumed it was due to its copy of TDE having been built from an older git pull rather than a proper release.
Do you get crashes or unexpected window deaths if you have two Konqueror windows open, and drag files from one to the other?

Konqueror crash with one window open, and with the action cutting / pasting.
These crashes are present since the upgrade of TDE, after apt-get update and system restart.
