This is the third time I receive that warning attached below. Does anybody else receive it? It it harmfull/less?
What shall I do to avoid to be deleted from the list?
Regards

I get it periodically. It seems harmless and in fact nothing to do with the recipient. I have received several, and cannot see that I or my ISP are in fact accused of anything.
What shall I do to avoid to be deleted from the list?
I myself shall cross that bridge when I come to it. Resubscribe??

I have not had any such warning. Using Claws Mail/Thunderbird and Kmail hosted by my ISP Zen.

Interesting. Zen is also my ISP. I send through Zen (i.e. use their SMTP server) and receive through Gmail POP3.

Interesting Lisi, looks as if Gmail is the problem in your case. I use their SMTP/POP3 normally and their webmail if away(rarely these days) from home. All are rock solid.

Everything Zen is. I am a great fan. I have been with them a long time and my having a Gmail account was necessary then so that my husband could have our Zen email on his computer.
Now everything is different, and I would probably use a different solution. But I'm here now - and this works!

I use something other than a "free" email service -- i.e., not gmail, yahoo, msn, etc.
In the past I would get those worrisome emails notices from time-to-time. Except for one time - maybe 3 years ago - I never was bumped off the list.
But, I believe it has now been 6 months - maybe a year - since I have received one of those worrisome emails notices.
Just trying to add a (confusing) data point....
Jonesy ((HA!! I'll probably get The Notice on this posting...))

Yes. Somewhere along the line, the message got bounced back to the list server. These things happen sometimes. It's usually transient and rectified quickly without action from the list member affected. Mostly because, as indicated by others, it's usually got nothing to do with them.
